上海謹程會展服務有限公司于2007年(nián)3月(yuè)20日(rì)正式成立，注冊地(dì)址：上(shàng)海(hǎi)市(shì)冠生(shēng)園路(lù)231号1幢208→室。公司的(de)注冊資本為(wèi)500萬元。
